I got there to the lot and there was no one in the office at the time so i had to go find the guys out in the shop to return the truck but they were really helpful and also they do towning there to so if you need a u-hual or a tow they can help you out to

A-State towing did not have my U-Haul reservation. However, they sent someone to the location to let us in and pick up the truck.
