The trailer lights are connected with an extension on a short plug. The connector on the extension was missing the 3 prongs that plug in to my vehicle so I wouldn't have any lights. I had my own extension I was going to use but when I unplugged the broken one on the trailer, the trailer plug was so corroded 2 prongs were rotted off. This location is a store with only this trailer, and the staff know nothing about trailers or how I can get a replacement. This trailer was the only one around this size, so I had to drive to another Uhaul dealer to get a replacement extension. Then I had to get a plug to replace the rotted end, and rewire it myself before I could leave. This should have been maintained and inspected prior to rental.
