I waited for two hours even after I made the reservation days in advance. The person cancelled my reservation & started a new booking just so he could add the $60 insurance that I did not need cause of the fact that I’m sr22 insured. I’ve called several times to get the $60 refunded but have been ignored since the first time I asked. Very disappointed I got scammed by this location.
