My overall experience was totally botched. No one told me the PU location was a restaurant supply. That it would be closed. That i would access a lock box, that I would have to drive across town to get the other rental, a trailer etc etc. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE
