Get rid of the lady at the front desk. She was so rude!
Ryan VU-Haul could provide this location with the equipment that they are promising customers with their reservation rather than leaving it up to the location to have to tell the customers they don’t have what the website it promising.

Glenn ENo bathroom. I had to leave and go to the convenience store. The lady had to call Heidi to come help her because she didn’t know how to hook up a trailer. Glad Heidi came to help. She was engaging and interested in the customer.

Glenn EI asked about my deposit return as per Lander U haul operator and he just said, Yea, you should see it on your card statement. Still aint there. And I bet it I'll have to hound U-haul for weeks

Richard MI had rented a u haul with a rail and it didn’t have one so I struggled a lot to put stuff in and get stuff out.
LISETTE DAuto transport hookup was not completed correctly.
