No need for improvements for me it was fast picking it up clean inside cab and storage area

I had such a hard time unlocking the lock to get the key out. A simple check-in that should've been 10 minutes max turned into 45 minutes, 2 calls to customer service, and texting/chatting with another rep. Also, this location on their website said they closed at 6:30 pm. So I specifically scheduled my U-Haul rental for 6 pm in case I had questions or needed help, but it turns out they were actually closed at 5 pm, which led to my frustration with unlocking the lock. Another thing, I had added a Dolly rental, and that wasn't in the truck, which my movers were struggling to move the appliances, causing delays to the move. I asked customer service about fixing the issue, and all they said was "don't worry, you won't be charged for it." That's not problem-solving. I needed the dolly. It should've been in the truck. Lastly, this was my first time renting a U-Haul, I thought the trucks would come with some type of Ratchet Tie-Downs - E-Tracks to help secure the stuff being loaded in the trucks for safety, but there were none of that. I wish it did have some, or could rent them, to help secure boxes and belongings from moving inside the truck.
