Horrible experience! They make you park your own uhaul truck/transporter, & trailer! No help at all! They make you take it down and put it away your self! I just couldn't believe this! It was a messssssss! I would never want to come to this place again!!!!!!!!!!!

ANGELICA V.No one was helpful. I could barely find someone who had information, or any knowledge. I was told I had to unload equipment and park them by my self. They never offered any help or bothered to ask if I needed help. The people across street from their store saw me struggling and instead helped me out. I had such horrible experience, that I my self don't want to rent from uhaul ever again. The self return equipment online wasn't as easy as 1-2-3.
ANGELICA V.Make sure the key is in the lock box to actually pick up and use truck. Did everything on my part just to be unable to get truck over missing keys.
