Staff at the location were polite and friendly. My difficulty was with the digital app. I wasn't sure what time the office opened, so I opted to pick up the truck digitally - my phone happily took photos of my face and the front of my driver's license, but it completely refused to scan the back of my license. Phone customer service and online chat were both useless. It took me about 45 minutes to pick up the truck once I went into the office and did it in person.

Amalia GThe location was closed the day I returned my truck and the day after. Consequently the truck return was processed 2 days later and the charges were 3x what they should have been. Thankfully Cameron Bankston at uhaul helped reverse the charge and refund the money, but on a whole the process was a bit annoying, especially having to spend 20+ mins on the phone fixing an issue that shouldn’t have happened.
