No people and the app did not work correctly. The lock box is unnecessarily far from the vehicles.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTrash in the truck! Dirty windshield!! Incorrect gas on contract! Charged incorrect gas fees because of owners negligence! I have photos to prove it.
ELENA UThis was a very pleasant rental experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in that part of town.
Robert ONot give me a broken truck
Rachel TI chose a location that was within walking distance and then the day before I was to pick up the truck I was moved to this location (so I don't blame this location). It was not clear that this place was even normally open at the time I reserved the truck, and I may have just gotten lucky that somebody showed up. I couldn't get a hold of anybody, it was very stressful.
