I chose a location that was within walking distance and then the day before I was to pick up the truck I was moved to this location (so I don't blame this location). It was not clear that this place was even normally open at the time I reserved the truck, and I may have just gotten lucky that somebody showed up. I couldn't get a hold of anybody, it was very stressful.
