Did not receive my dolly that I ordered and still was billed $160 extra . The U-Haul company's website was down so there was a delay on picking up my truck. Other then that, my storage site was .. okay . Elizabeth at AA Storgae in Warner Robins Ga off Green street Had excellent customer service. She also sent an email to U-Haul to get the dolly removed off my invoice since I didn't receive it to use it .JOSHUA W.

I will NEVER rent anything from this U-Haul location again. The customer service rep needs training in customer service. We arrived to pick up a 20 ft. truck approximately 40 minutes AFTER our scheduled pickup time. This was because one of our drivers got sick that morning and we had to find someone else to take his place. The customer service rep at the 68 Green St. location told us, quite bluntly, that we were 40 minutes late. She was on the phone, and she also told us we'd have to wait until she was done with her phone call, and it could be quite some time. When we expressed disappointment, we were told we could go elsewhere to other U-Haul rental places in town if we did not want to wait. Since we were already behind schedule, I chose not to do that. I have rented a U-Haul truck every month, for several years, and normally do not use this U-Haul location. We were referred to this location by the regional U-Haul coordinator because the location we normally rent from (1235 Watson Blvd) had run out of 20-ft. trucks when I made the reservation. I have NEVER been treated this poorly at the 1235 Watson location. They have always been warm, personable and friendly. A younger gentleman, a U-Haul employee came into the office after we had waited a few minutes and took care of us. He had a VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY attitude and was a breath of fresh air after our initial encounter. KUDOS to him for taking care of us.David N.

Everything went smoothly, Elizabeth was wonderful I couldn't get out of the car because I had to use a walker. Yes was kind to let my daughter do everything for me, but she did come outside to explain to all of the paperwork and fees . Remote pickup is impossible. They don't give you the gate code to get to the truck and you have to go a quarter mile to the truck. Then it's parked by razor wire on the fence!!! I GOT GASHED WHILE PARKING AND RETURING THE TRUCK!Larry M.

The front gate on many occasions was broken and left open for weeks at a time leaving my trailer open to be stolen. When I complained to the mgr. and asked for a lower price, being they were not giving me the protection that they told me I would have and was paying for, they refused and were a jerk. This past Saturday night around 10pm I went to get my trailer to use on Sunday and as usual the gate was broken and wide open. I drove right in, got my trailer and left with it. Anyone could steal it at anytime. I will make sure everyone l know doesn't use or trust this liar business.James H. | Overall Experience

The truck had dog hair everywhere dirt on the floor. I rent from uhaul a lot but I want again if I get a truck dirty again it was just that one. Plus no one move to help me . Took there time.VERNON B.

It was not made clear that i COULD NOT rent a truck from the local U-haul store 1 mile from my home. I was redirected after payment to another location, that had already closed for the day. We went to that location the next day, and there was no truck. In fact, we were told that there was a truck the night before, but it was double booked, so even if we had gone that night, there was no truck for us. This location helped us find another location, at 5pm, but when we got there, there was no truck. U-haul helped us find another truck for pickup at 6:30 in WR at AA Storage. We were not given a gate code to enter, we had problems opening the lock box with the key, lighting was an issue, The truck was clean and all was good once we FINALLY got the truck, 24 hours later than we hap planned. It was very stressful and i hope that i never have to rent any kind of moving truck again.Abe McDonald C.

I rented the truck and tow dolly on Monday Jan 31,2022 in Rome Ga. I drove to Cedartown Ga to help a family member move to Hawkinsville Ga. I returned the truck and Dolly to AA storage on green street in Warner Robbins Ga at 11:30 pm Monday night. I KNOW I filled the tank to 3/4 of a tank before turning it in. I did a walk around and dropped the key to the truck through the slot in the door at 11:30 or so Monday night.This store did not check in this truck and dolly until Thursday and then wanted to charge me for an extra day when it was actually turned in early. And they want to charge for damage/ missing item but never told me what was missing or damaged. I did not see any damage or anything missing when I did my walk around . I'm not paying this extra amount.ROBERT D.

The truck was dirty inside the cab and also inside the bed of the truck. It had cobwebs in the bed along with old dirt on the floor. I was honestly scared to put my stuff inside this truck. We had to sweep and spray inside the bed of the truck before using it. We had no choice. We had to finish our move before our final out which was the next day. I called Uhual several times and I was told that roadside assistance would have to assign us another truck. I feel taken advantage of by the mobile pick up feature. The representative leaves at 12 noon every. **deep sigh ** This is ridiculous hours!! This location was the only location that guaranteed this size truck. The cab of the truck smelled musty and the floor was bunched up. The floor could cause an accident because of the way it bunches up. The driver side door lock didn't work. So we had to scoot across the passenger side to get to the driver's side just to unlock the door. We called roadside assistance and the man couldn't fix the truck. This truck was horrible and should not be in use anymore. It should be retired!! Is this how you want to represent your company!?!?!?Charisma D.
Need to honor what they tell their customers about drop off saying it wouldn't matter if you called or not the boss can roll the camera back and see what time you get there and won't get charged but still get charged with a joke and also they need to make sure the grass is cut where equipment is at.JUAN W.

I arrived for my pick-up 15-20 minutes late, due to my reservation having been changed from the location I had chosen, with the only warning I was given being that my confirmation text had a different address. Despite that, I and my father who drove me there waited another 1-15 for the only person working at the location to finish cleaning out the truck. It was clean, so fine. After this, we went to confirm the reservation. I was told to use my phone rather than the office computer, which I had not done because I avoid using data on my phone. Because of this, I couldn't troubleshoot the issues my phone had with the site. When we changed over to using the office computer, issues continued, complicated by their internet service giving out 5 times during the process. The attendant had to use her phone to access the site, since hers seemed to have no issue conecting. All in all, we spent 2 hours there, with my father and everyone I had called to help move waiting in cars in the summer heat. During this time others came to drop off their trucks, and had to wait because there was only one attendant. Those two hours were the only time the location was open that Saturday, meaning that I had to repeat the attempt to use my phone to access the site. I was only able to turn in the truck because I was given a number to reach UPS Traffic and explain my issue. The attendant did her best, and everything she knew how to help with went all right, but this location is clearly not interested in handling these operations on Saturdays.Justin S.

All of our items were destroyed by rats and roaches. Our bags were chewed thru. Everything smelled like feces and urine. We were only able to save the items that were completely secured in totes. Although we had to throw totes away. I couldn't have been more disappointed. My reservation got switched and I had to go across town to pick it up. The interior of the truck smelled like a cigar ash tray. The location would not change out the truck for another one. I have rented a lot of equipment from Uhaul and this is the WORST experience. I had to drive 2.5 hours in that disgusting truck. Nothing I did could remove the smell. Location had the trailer I required but did no sell the hitch ball needed to attach to my truck. The young lady who rented me the trailer pretended that she knew all about how to attach the trailer to the hitch (Once I had to leave the location, go to a different UHaul location and buy one!) and despite me volunteering that I could see why the trailer was not seating on the ball, insisted that we do it her way. Once off the lot, I had to readjust the tension on the hitch to insure that the connection would hold. Had I not, I probably would have lost my load on my 20 hour trip.Robert C.

The return of truck takes too long if no one is at the drop off location. I didn't have a phone at the time so it took an extra hour to drop off. I could have dropped off at my storage facility Smart Store, they were open. Customer should be given an option where to drop off.mark B.

Inside truck had broken glass EVERYWHERE. Managed to cut my foot wide open on a piece of glads just minutes into a 6 hour job of loading and unloading. Had to spend the next 30 minutes getting my foot to stop bleeding and a large piece of glass out of my foot, to finally sweep it all out. Previous experiences have been excellent, this one not so much. Loyal to uhaul for my moving equipment but if I get another truck like this I may have to look elsewhere.Joshua B.
