This location is literally in someone's backyard. It is an unmanned location that relies on the website or app but is in a location with bad cell service so I had to call customer service with a 55 minute wait time for help. While waiting the occupant let their dog outside which ran around and jumped on me. Never again!JESSICA R.

We had reservation #29718147 for pickup at Ashley's Wheel and Brake. There was NO TRUCK, no employees, ao body answering the phone. We had driven almost 4 hours to pick up out daughter from UK Fortunately after about 40 minutes of sitting on hold we were offered a truck 35 miles away. Thirty five miles! The whole experience of renting a Uhaul this day was a fail! I made reservations on Nov 11, 2020 for a 10ft Uhaul, less then 2 miles from my home. Pick was 10am. When I got there, there where no Uhauls on the lots at all. I had to wait for someone to tell me they didn't get it and I needed to go to another location to pick it up. About 7 miles from my current location. When I get there. The towing place is closed. No one around and I had no idea what I needed to do. I call Uhaul and finally someone tells me I had to download an app and go through a 1,000 steps before I can even get a key! I do not have mobile data on my phone. It cost me to do this. After downloading the app, going through an approval screening, I finally got a code for a key. The lock box was old and hard to turn the knob. I get the key and then had to take pictures of the truck. They wouldn't upload to the site. Yet again I have to call Uhaul for help. I had a 10am pick up for a reason. By the time I got this truck and made it to my home it was after 11:30.Kenneth W.

Steve was so nice and very helpful. My dad and I tend to ask a lot of questions and Steve answered every one of them and explained everything to us without getting annoyed (my dad called and I went in, so he pretty much explained everything twice). He also gave us a deal on the mileage and was very accommodating to our schedule. I would highly recommend going to him if you ever need a Uhaul. I didn't ride in the truck (26 foot), but the back was clean and the front looked very clean and comfortable. I believe it had leather seats. My dad drove the truck for me and he had no complaints at all. He said it drove nicely. There was plenty of gas in it when we picked it up.jennifer T.

Uhaul failed to keep their word and did not refund me a credit like promised for reserved equipment that was not available. They then booked me for a truck in the next county over, telling me that the vehicle i wanted wasnt available. So instead of a 4 or 5 mile in town rental, the conned me into paying mileage out of another county and back to return it. Turns out the original truck WAS available in town here. Verry disappointed with Uhaul overall!!!Andrew B.
