Remove your cats and the cat odor and then clean up your environment . People have allergies (me). Regardless of the industry it is still a business and unless you are a pet store, or a shelter, or a veterinarian this is unprofessional. First of all the truck was filthy upon pick up. So I was charged $25 to have a filthy truck cleaned . And then this was a $150 one way trip, I was charged an additional $45 for extra miles. It's 63 miles From pick up to drop off. The nearest drop off was 16 miles from my final destination. I truly believe I was over charged for this rental. As a result I will never from u haul again nor will any of my friends.BILLY W.

The location was perfect. Uhaul itself never contacted me to provide me with a location for pickup. I got a confirmation for my preferred pickup but my reservation was sent somewhere else. Without me knowing. It took me almost 1 and a half hours to finally get the correct information to get my trailer picked up. This was not a good experience with uhaul at all. I cant describe how unhappy and dissatisfied I am with this experience.Brandon E.

The person was not very friendly. After leaving my car there and getting the tow dolly, I went back to see if she would help me load my car. I was told that she didn't know how to do it. I asked her if she had anybody else that could, she again said no. She then suggested I go get someone. I then said, but my car was there.Rhonda K.

When dropping off trailer, I was told to just leave it and they would take care of it. I have done this at other locations so I did not worry about it. Now this location did not check it in and I received an email saying I had not returned the trailer. Almost accusing me of stealing it. I had to do someone else job and go find the trailer, which was sitting on the lot of the drop off location.Davie W.
Did not know before approving this drop-off facility they were closed on Sunday or I would not have selected it because I needed to drop it off on Sunday. There was another U-Haul facility less than a mile away that was open on Sunday but I wasn't allowed to return it there and no one at the facility or on the 800 number could tell me how much the fee would be to change the drop-off location. Was leaving town that day, and ended up having to come back the next day just to return it, which was annoying and out of the way. Extremely hard to find the drop-off location. When I finally found it, no one was there. When I called the number listed on my contract, I was told I actually had to drop it off in a different location. I was extremely frustrated and the lady with whom I spoke agreed to allow me to leave it at the drop-off location address. Lesson learned - be careful booking through the toll free number and don't rely on them to give accurate information on hours of operation.Elizabeth K.

My experience at this location was very good, smooth and pleasant during usually stressful time/process of moving. This Texas Friendly Locally Owned Family Business establishment have Professional staff and good people... I dealt with Michelle Bates. She was Awesome and of Great help. Michelle was able to make my U-Haul rental possible basically stress free unlike two (2) other (one of which I originally/initially had reservation...)
