The woman who placed my rental agreement left out a lot of details over the phone of what the price would actually cost. I showed up and was shocked at the price I would be charged. She was non-committal on answering any of my questions and quite frankly, not very smart.

I called for availability, but they didn't have one. About 10 minutes later he called me back saying one was just turned in, & if I could wait, he'd call when it was available online. So I did & was able to rent the vehicle I needed. I was surprised someone made the effort to help me get the vehicle I needed. Great customer service, which I've always had at this location. Thank you!

KEVIN BWe rented a 20’ truck and it leaked. My furniture got very wet. I told the drop off place and they suggested I start a claim with repwest. They denied the claim stating the trucks are not water proof only water resistant. Ridiculous!!. People on both ends were great. Product was terrible and U-Haul did not back up their faulty product.
