The rental rate is a bait and switch. I think you should charge a little more for the rental and allow,say, 100 miles before charging for mileage. My mileage fee was almost twice the rental fee. I understand the fuel cost, no problem there. Overall, a very easy experience.John C.

Unfortunately, I was switched to this location, because the person did not show up at the original location where I was supposed to pick up my rental in Colfax, NC. Wasted several hours trying to get a truck. Should have received a discount for the major inconvenience. Will likely look for another company to rent my next truck.Stephen B.

when we went to pick up our truck, there was a sour old man who did nothing but complain that we were to early, gripe, gripe, gripe He seemed to be unfamiliar with the check out process and it took almost an hour to drive off...Evangeline D.

I was told upon scheduling that my total with travel fees, length of truck etc would be $55 . I get to the Randalman rd location, there was a little trouble checking in but after 20 minutes of being there i was able to get the truck reserved.ANGEL G.

I was charged for fuel and I should not have been!!! I was told it was a little above 1/4 tank. When I got in the truck it was exactly at 1/4 tank. Spoke with the lady who was really nice and she directed me not to do a self check out but wait to get an email in the morning. Just checked my email and noticed I was charged 3 gallons for gasoline. Also that was the worst uhual I have ever rented. It had some broken glass in the back, made a strange noise a couple of times, and also had a whining noise to it. Shame I have to leave a bad review because the lady was really nice. If it wasn't for her I would have rated poorJarret P.

Do you actually fill up the gas? You charge an out ragest amount if not filled to previous amount. Yet also when a customer returns it higher no insensitive. When i received the vehicle it was also really low on gas and im just curious if you charged the previous customer to have it be filled while not actually doing it.Jeremy S.

Make sure that your customer is fully educated on how to retrieve a code that they never received before closing & locking the door in their face. I know it's social distance but it was also cold & about to rain & me & my niece had to stand outside because we got dropped off. We had to wait 30-45 mins before we got the right information.Ronisha H.

App experience was a bit troublesome. Received an error at the end of pickup, which caused me to have to call in any way. At drop off, the mileage was out of whack, but I was thankful there was a box for discrepancies. Final confirm received via email was correct.Zakiya T.
