The map is backwards. The rentals are in the front, not the back. Also, letting mobile check in users know that the boxes are on the outside of the gate would be helpful too. I was beyond confused and had to call for help. The person I talked to for help was great, which is the only reason I put an average rating. It would have been much lower if it weren’t for the person who helped me. I wish I knew her name, but she never told me.
