SYNCERE SDue to circumstances that were beyond my control, I ended up returning the truck about 20 minutes past the 24 hour period and they charged me a full additional 24 hours rental. I explained the situation so I am really upset about this. Unless they make this right I will never recommend this location.
TINA SBetter customer service. The ubox customer rep was horrible. She answered the phone like she was answering her person phone, no greeting, told her I was trying to reach ubox customer Service and she just says yea, what do you want. The whole Convo she was short and rude. When people are in the middle of a long distance move a little consideration would be nice.

Chanse GFirst of all, this was not the location that I chose on the app. The woman was rude and spoke to me in a very condescending way. The tax on this was $112.00. When I questioned that ridiculous amount, she snapped at me if I wanted the truck or not.
PETER ASheri did an excellent job of reserving the truck for me through a prior reservation, even when another customer wanted the same size truck.....I think the mileage indicator should be lit up more, so that the customer can judge how many miles were marked on the odometer, without having to hunt for it, after completion of the job.

Ken PEngine needs some work. A few times while stored truck wanted to lurch forward. Had put heavy pressure on brakes to keep it from moving. Difficult to stop one time due to same issue.

WYATT MMake sure equipment reserved two weeks in advance is available. If by some chance it’s not, don’t make it out to be the customer’s fault, apologize for necessary equipment not being available. Make sure the trucks tire pressure is acceptable and when the customer tells you it isn’t, don’t blow them off. Make sure equipment is clean.

Hannah TI was charged for more mileage than I used. I will be calling tomorrow. Truck mileage was obviously not checked when I returned it. It was a Sunday at 11:30AM. Store closed at the time, but the credit has not come in yet.

Danaija WLots of long gray dog hairs were in the cab of truck. Truck ran good, but cab should have been cleaned before it was rented.

jamilah hHaving never rented a truck before I was very very anxious about the unknowns involved, with all of that said I walked into your office and was almost immediately comforted by Julia and Sheri. They explained the process and needs to rent the truck. They are what I would hire as office staff if I wanted to open that type of business. Thank you for the assistance not only in the truck that served the needs but also the office staff. It all worked out very well. I will use U-haul and your location if the needs ever comes around again. THANKS AGAIN!!

Jim VSheri was wonderful. She confirmed our truck reservations prior to our move (very pleasant) and indeed it was ready. We didn't move far and returned the truck to the same location. The truck had no issues and was clean in the back as well as the cab. No surprises in the least. I highly recommend this particular UHaul location. Thank you Sheri!

Jim VAbsolutely nothing. I was an unscheduled walk in customer, you had the vehicle I needed it was cleaned and the check in process was simple and smooth. The attendant was courteous, friendly and professional in carrying out her duties. This is my second time renting a vehicle from this location and both experiences were the same.
Clarence CHello I had a question about our rental and I called Sandi at her office but she was with a customer at the time and said she would call me right back. In a matter of minutes Sandi was calling back. I ask you, when does that ever happen! We are new to NC and Sandi made me feel so welcome. She had the answers I needed about the size of the rental we needed. I will certainly reach out to her for any moving and storage need we have. Sarah PThe location was very organized; however I did t have much communication with the store clerk other than her coming out to turn the vehicle around and put it in the right spot.
Cody FWhen I received my truck it was below 1/4 tank so I immediately had to fill it. There was also broken glass all over the ramp that had to be cleaned before I could use it.
