The website 24/7 hour check in is not user-friendly at all. Did NOT tell me my truck #, did NOT tell me the code to unlock the back to obtain the keys for the Truck, did NOT give me any direction for fuel gauge level. Overall, I had to ask the desk guy for help the entire process. He also mentioned that the website/app is very confusing.

But he said the location I was returning but a different location was on the contract which I did not catch until I was returning the truck. I had to drive 32 back to Winston-Salem vs 12 miles to where I was originally booked to drop off. Therefore it cost me $47.00 more for over mileage. Appreciate that.

Michael S.The equipment was clean and externally well maintained. Would recommend someone check the front right wheel bearing, as there is loud noise coming from the front. At first thought it might be the tires making the noise but as I made right hand turns, the noisy gets lower. Was okay for local moves but wouldn't want to take it across the state. The people were excellent and will come back the next time we need to rent from U-Haul!!

The 1-800 customer service support was unhelpful as well. I ended up standing in cold rain for half an hour before finally cracking the case like Sherlock Holmes.

William D.I am very disappointed to see that y'all are trying to charge me for fuel when I filled the tank to the level at which it was provided to me. While as a customer it's surprising to have to try to guess how much gas is required to meet the level vs simply paying a fair rate, I'm sure y'all have your reasons for handling it this way (probably not in the customer's favor I would guess). I used the vehicle for 18.5 miles, put the required gas in, and y'all try to charge me $47 for gas. To me, that is fraud.

Renardo B.Overall great experience renting from this location. Even allowed me to come in about an hour early before my reservation time and pick up the truck since I was in the area. Would definitely recommend. In fact in about two weeks I'm gonna have to rent another one and will go right back to the same location.

Kiana K.The gas listed before I got into the truck was incorrect. I drove the truck 7 miles, and put more gas into it then there was when I picked it up. I was charged for 2 gallons at 6 a piece, plus a 35 fee on top of that. This is just bad business. They should properly mark the amount of gas in each vehicle before it leaves the lot!

Joseph H.They didn't have what I ordered and I had to take time out of my day to go retrieve the auto transport to tow my car. It was an inconvenience. They added 50 miles, but it didn't pay for the gas. They didn't fill up the gas tank and I had to fill it up and ended up not using it all and not getting any money back at the next location. I feel if you are a privately owned Uhaul it should be required to fill up the gas tanks instead of having the customer over pay like I did and not get kinetics spent on gas back. Ridiculous they don't do that cause moving is already expensive.
