This is the worst move I have ever experienced in my life. I rented a truck only to be told the battery was dead, then we were sent to an unattended lot down the street to pick up another truck, there was hardly any gas in it. Then the original place we rented it from, overcharged us 62.00 dollars, for gas that was not in the tank when we got it…we put gas in it ourselves. The owner of the place was no help at all, I will be calling U-Haul customer service tomorrow and demand my $62.00 back… I have screenshots and the paperwork to back it up! I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone! U-Haul does not even deserve a one star…they’re a flat out zero!!! Poor service all around! Budget just gained a new customer!
