Incredibly unprofessional service. person in office had to call 2 other people to rent the truck even though I had a copy of all the paperwork I had downloaded from the Uhaul site detailing my reservation. No walk around inspection. No paperwork or receipt. And no information informing us that the drop off point had been changed arbitrarily. Truck was basically out of gas, trash everywhere in the cab and trash in the back of the truck. Truck rode like it had something wrong with engine and brakes.Total time there 1 1/2 hours. Absolute WORST Uhaul experience in all my times renting. This place should not be allowed to rent, Anything!
