No person there. Self drop off just parked it in a field. I would much rather have a person there to help drop off
Mark SJason is unfailingly patient and accommodating. I had trouble opening the lock to get the key, and he drove down from Kspell to assist. Give the man a raise.
neil rI had a difficult time picking up and dropping off online. We managed, but it took awhile. I'm not a fan of the online system. The location is great and the service there is great also.

Ron RWe were actually met by the owner of the satellite facility for U-Haul and he did all the necessary log-in and hit us streamlined and on our way both quickly and friendly!!
Millie WBarcode on black key box return was missing, no staff on-site, and no phone signal so I was unable to complete return process. I contacted Uhaul immediately but they did not do return or contact me for over a week. Truck was moved twice before my return was processed. Uhaul never contacted me, I had to continuously contact Uhaul to demand return to be processed. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone.
Darryl KJason went above and beyond to make our moving experience very easy. He completely helped in both the checking in and checking out. He was very pleasant thru the hold U-Haul moving process. We will use this U-Haul next time and tell others also. Frank
frank nIt's a drop off location only. There are no personnel there. The internet drop off process was straightforward with excellent instructions walking you through the steps.

WINSTON FNot to call the day before my scheduled pick up and tell me that you don’t have the equipment I reserved a week in advance then not offer any sort of discount for the two hour drive I then had to make only to slap me in the face with “we can give you an extra day and extra miles”
