To start off they didn’t have the truck size I originally wanted at that location.I went ahead and rented out the next bigger size, and I was told it was for 25.99. Ended up getting charge $60 for it. I was also charge $120 “Holding deposit” that NOW I have to wait 5-7 days for it to get returned to me. And to make matters worse my final bill was $173 for the 46 miles plus the 59.99 rented truck. Over all what I ended getting charge and taken out of my account was $293. Very much upset. Uhal company very much rips you off. NEVER EVER will I rent out to them.

I was charged for gas even thoujgh the truck was returned with gas level the same. I called uhaul and was able to have the charge taken off, but shouldn't have had to do that.

ERIC PI was charged for a dolly that I never received. I was forced to go to a different location different than my reservation. Once at the 2nd location I had to wait 40 minutes for the manager to arrive and complete my transaction which seriously put me behind schedule.
Dean FThe pick up was extremely difficult. It took the staff about 45 minutes to finalize the contract even though I had booked on line. There was no dolly available even though I had reserved one.
Terence BI was told by the clerk that I didn’t have a reservation. She wrote my name and phone number down. She took a picture of my drivers license. She gave me the wrong truck key. Communication was off. She didn’t understand what I was saying. Terrible customer service from another clerk. There was another customer trying to get her reservation and was upset because communication was not good. I will not return to this location. I suggest that improve the customer service aspect.

Kristy CFirst off the young woman in charge didn't know how to handle my individual situation I had to walk her through it myself while she spoke on the phone with a representative. Then after all that neither could help me out and the young woman just told me to find another uhual . Didn't even bother to help me out. Hours late after I figured everything out myself I go back to this market/ uhaul store just to find the young woman has left and the person left behind could not help me or get her on the phone. Place was horrified

Carla RI'm lodging a COMPLAINT not about the market I picked up and delivered back a 10-foot truck I reserved from U-HAUL'S APP on 3/21/25 and returned within 24 hours per contract. On your UHAUL APP, I declined any coverage and accessories. and YET, there is a $15 charge on my receipt. I looked up the average mpg for your 10-footers. It's 12mpg. When I drove truck off from market's parking lot, the fuel gauge read Empty and red warning light was on. Maybe 1/2 mile later, I put $20.01in the tank. the gauge, however did not change. Before returning, I put another $20 in tank. the gauge didnt change. still Empty with warning light on. Upon return, mileage read 4030. I drove this rental 30 miles and was charged $38.+ for mileage (30×1.29). So, I put 30 miles on it and put enough gas in it to go 120 miles. GAS GAUGE is BROKEN. If it worked as it was designed to function and the indicator showed a true measurement of the gas in the gas tank I would have put a more proper amount of gas in it. I believe and request a reversal of the $15 safe move fee and some reimbursement for returning it fuller than when I received the truck. thanks, John bobbitt
