I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I previously worked for a U-Haul dealer, so I am familiar with how U-Haul rentals are normally handled. I was sent to this location by U-Haul Traffic after my original 15-foot truck was unexpectedly unavailable in Yucca Valley. Traffic arranged a 10-foot truck here and gave me an extra day and additional mileage to compensate for the inconvenience. When I arrived, I specifically asked whether my previously quoted price of approximately $135 would remain the same and was told yes, aside from possible mileage adjustments. I was not walked through the rental agreement or shown the changes being made. I was simply presented with a signature box and told where to sign. I later discovered that I had been charged $231. The extra day and mileage that Traffic had given me had also been removed. Additionally, the paperwork listed the fuel level at approximately 1/4 tank when the truck was actually at approximately 1/8 tank. I photographed the gauge before leaving. The truck also had an illuminated check-engine light. I contacted U-Haul Traffic and spoke with Jeremy, who reviewed the reservation history, identified the changes that had been made, restored my extra day and mileage, and authorized a $100 refund. He was extremely helpful and professional. What bothers me most is that I directly asked about the price before accepting the truck and was assured it would remain approximately what I had been quoted. Had the transaction and changes been clearly explained to me before I signed, this could have been addressed immediately. I was already accepting a smaller truck, driving considerably farther to pick it up, and receiving it several hours later than my original reservation. I should not have also had to discover an unexpected charge, missing accommodations, an incorrect fuel reading, and a check-engine light afterward. I strongly encourage U-Haul management to review the complete reservation and modification history associated with this rental. This was not an acceptable experience.

Worst experience of my life. Trying to charge me for days I didn't have truck and no one spoke English at this storefront
Lloyd CI was charged 300 miles when i only drove 150. I also paid for fuel even though it was topped off.

RAMON IWasn't able to get to location due to street festival and police block. Had to walk for 30 minutes and wait in line to turn in keys another 30 minutes, only to find out that Uhaul changed the location for drop off without letting me know. A&G never answered the telephone either. Found out the next morning that the first address the Moreno Valley site gave me was incorrect drop off. Had to make several calls to fix the issue. Shouldn't have to pay anything. I felt extremely unsafe while trying to turn in truck to the A&G Mart.
