The office and location of the uhaul equipment are at two different locations. The address sent to me was the equipment location, not the office. Need to send customers to the correct location

Do not go to this location for anything!!!! They gave my a piece of junk to drive from Fla to Massachusetts. Filthy inside and out, ripped bent windshield wipers. I had to stop on the 1st day to get new ones and replace myself. Bad turn signal and loud exhaust that’s could be heard from inside the truck. It was one horrible Drive for four days driving this piece of equipment. Never again will I ever use the particular site.

After struggling with the U-Haul rental website for a couple days I decided to visit Alex of A&J after a recommendation from a friend. Alex guided me through the entire process while hurricane Nicole was getting ready to hit land just a couple miles east of us. He was the ultimate professional, could not have been more helpful with both the truck and the tow trailer. Got to my destination in one piece, no thanks to hurricane 🌀 Nicole! A 31/2 hour ride took 6 hours, but it had to get done and Alex is awesome! May the Force🛡️ continue to be strong in his family 🚚

Customer service to always be 24 hours service. And able to assist and help. I had trouble dropping off the truck because the key box was unable to find at the drop-off location. Someone try to assist me over the phone, but they had no idea where the drop off the key box was

First of all I was supposed to pick up my U-Haul at 9 in the morning my reservation was changed till 10 nobody notified me I had people at my house that I had to pay That were supposed to be moving me when I go to the location I did not have a truck I did not receive a truck until 1:11 in the afternoon which I had to pay laborers for 2 hours work and then they left which left me with no laborers I spoke with three or four different people yesterday at the U-Haul customer service and trafficking I still got an text message stating that I did not pick up my U-Haul on time and then if I did not call the number my reservation was going to be cancelled I called the number and I talked to somebody named Emily and they canceled my reservation anyway! so when I went to go pick up my truck the gentleman at the store had to call and have my reservation put through again so after coming to get my truck and the time was changed without me notified I had to pay my laborers $200 because they were paid by the hour and I didn't get a truck my reservation was canceled I didn't get a truck until 1 in the afternoon which meant we were moving well into 1 in the morning the rear passenger wheel is leaking gear grease and the cup holder in the truck is broken so as soon as I went to put something in it everything fell onto the floor I would really like Kevin to call me back to speak about this because I do not believe that I need to be paying full price for a U-Haul that I got four hours late and all my moving help left!!!!!!! This was the worst rental experience I have ever had the truck i was renting should never have caused me so much anxiety or money
