FRANCISCO LThe brunette employee has a rude attitude, I did not care for her. They also park their Uhaul trucks right in the middle of the entire parking lot. Which made is extremely difficult to park my Uhaul truck. Poor customer service for her. I will never go back there again nor suggest that location.

PAUL WCustomer service was horrible and the lady who worked there was really rude after they had the miles on the truck wrong on their system but my truck had less than what the system said and I took a picture of it to prove it and she still gave me attitude for it.
MARK VWhen I called I was instructed to do everything online so I did and purchased a mattress cover as well. When I got to the location I was told there was no record and I have to call a number. I had to purchase on the same day. This was beyond frustrating

LORRAINE DAfter hours drop off was not pleasant. There were no parking spaces on Rosecrans on the entire block. The opposite side of the street there were restrictions for parking. Had to park in the driveway of A&K as there was nowhere else to leave the vehicle.

RAUL HStaff are wonderful, helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. Reserving online was easy. Rental van was clean, well maintained. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

QUIANA SConfused how to score here because this experience should not affect UHAUL, it was the manager Anita (maybe owner?) at this specific outside retailer getting a 1*Star. Uhaul did intervene on my behalf when Anita proved her incompetence yet again (I usually go by reviews and should have listened) but Uhaul deserves a 5*star for their help . If you don’t like people or working with Uhaul, move on or get out of your contract. Stop being so blatantly rude to your customers and your employees- complete bully. We all go thru sh&@ but don’t take that to work… if this is just who you are Anita, perhaps consider working for a mechanic or a lumberyard, Instead of making so peoples moves even harder than they are. If you’re broke, join the party! But the ERRONEOUS CHARGES, which changed 3x before it was all said and done… hello! Nice try… that’s my two cents yall Again, Thank you, Mr. Sanchez, for taking the time to listen, sort thru and verify the facts quickly I might add, your professionalism and most of all compassion for the whole mess. Uhaul is fortunate to have YOU and the employees at this location trying to save face where they can. After seeing how they were treated I knew it wasn’t just me being dumped on.

Scott CI was told the price was and when I dropped it off and I did asked will it be any more charges and the associate said no and he said he will send email I said okay so did not say anything at all. After I left, an hour later I got the email and my bank was charged different and it more than what I was told. So I don’t appreciate how it went like that. And I will not recommend anyone for this location. Sorry but not sorry.
