Use a Uhaul Center. I told Uhaul, I reserved my truck at a center for a reason. But dispatch apologized, said I needed to change my location. But no one listened. I picked up the truck and immediately had transmission problems. Wasted 10 hours of My time and still ended up having to go to the center I originally scheduled with to exchange the truck for a larger one because they had no truck of the same size. I was compensated, extra milage and a extra day. Thanks for that.

Make the location more obvious it is a drop-off location. I wandered onto the private property on the backside of the lot thinking THEY were the drop-off location
