MARK YI've rented here twice, and both times, they didn't have the appliance dolly I requested. For uhaul: The type of trailer I rented is a terrible design. All of us had knots on our heads after using that trailer. I ended up putting on a rock climbing helmet, which saved me from a few more knots on my head.

STEVEN MEverything went fantastic for our rental. The truck was the perfect size and our belongings rode great in the truck. The agent was friendly and professional and made sure we had all we needed to move. I've never had a better U-Haul rental experience!
Jerry MDue to the outage moving day was miserable. I arrived to pick up the truck at 8 am. I was told about the outage and there was nothing to do but sit and wait. I had people in town planning around helping. I got the U-Haul at 2pm leaving me with about 3.5 hours of daylight. I was unable to complete my experience.

Davis TGlenn’s Auto Repair did not put out the right u-haul which lead to a 2 hour delay trying to get another u-haul to use since he refused to come fix the problem. I ended up having to drive an additional 50 miles to pick up a u-haul that was completely filthy in the inside. It had 143 miles to empty, I filled the take and dropped it off with 196 miles till empty. had a very long and good conversation with the lady that I dropped it off with and she even agreed the conditions the u-haul came in were not standard.

CARINA Dthe trailer I used the straps could be replaced that hold the tires down they were really short to get it to ratchet down when hauling a vehicle with 265x70R16 tires. Otherwise it was a great and easy trailer to use.

MARK BThe Monte vista location fucked us Said they had a trailer and didn't so we drive to Alamosa and then monte refused to take the trailer for drop off as well this shit show resulted in us drive-in an extra 120 mi! I hope I never need a U-Haul again because this is ridiculous that U-Haul Would even allow a location to accept a rental when they didn't have availablity much less allow them to refuse a drop off
