Did not interact with the personnel here this time. I have done uhaul business with this location in the past and was a good experience. I only dropped off here because my location had to be changed due to non cooperation with A&A Eastside. Uhaul should seriously consider dropping A&A eastside from their vendor option. No gate code to be able to drop off equipment and this A&A eastside vendor would not answer the phone. Number to call was posted on the gate but, no answer…… and no response to voicemail. A&A eastside is nothing short of terrible.

MEGGAN TIt was missed in rain. The lady told me to back the trailer into a certain slot unhook it and when I got everything unhooked in the trailer park come inside should give me a receipt. I’m 77 years old wouldn’t very good service at all.

The initial rental issue was never resolved then this happened and no there is no communication from the manager. Very disappointing. Was told I was being emailed VIP info. The follow up does not exist. Very disappointing.

paula mI got a dozen furniture pads and one of the bags had the majority wet and unusable. Had to wait for the small young woman to get a jack to pick the trailer tongue up where I could get the trailer under it. She sent me out all be to lift it, I’m 73 and no longer strong enough.

Kent HI had my truck and trailer for 4 hours and they were already calling me to see if I could drop it off that day. They called several times to get it dropped off early. I got no early drop off or under mileage refund. I did end up turning it in a day early and they were unclear on if the checkin had been complete before they were driving it. I told them the motor sounded like it was going to blow and they were calling the next customer to come get it.

Michael BHad extreme difficulty lifting the tongue off the ball by myself and hurt my back. These trailers need some sort of tongue jack to lift the heavy weight when one has to do this alone. No way most people could do this after hours and by themselves.

Breanna JSomeone double charged us for the truck we rented. It went from a $55 rental to a $200 plus rental. Charged to two different credit cards. I am someone who is in the business of moving and storage and will not send any customers to this location ever again. All I can add is the person who rented us the truck was very nice and be sure to document all of the information and check the mileage and gas in your truck. And double check your receipt...

Robert BTruck idled terribly. Died once while sitting at a stop sign. Transmission shifted extremely rough. Was supposed to be setup to deliver where I picked it up. Instead it was there second location (they owned) in town a couple miles away so they charged me the one way rate instead of returning where I rented it.
