No air conditioning, my orginal reservation was canceled due no truck when I went to pick it up. The one I got the next day, the walls were covered in chocolate syrup and had to clean it up to put my stuff in.Sandra N.

The back of the cargo area was scratched to pieces and paint gone. It looked l aweful. On the inside up front someone had smoked and it wasn't even cleaned out. I cleaned it out before returning it. The key barely worked the ignition. I couldn't even get out of the parking lot without the guy having to come out and sayâ€oh you have to jerk it to the left, and then the key will turn to start'. Apparently they had a new key made and it half works. So every time I turned off the uhaul I would have to fight with it for 5 minutes to get it to start back because the key wouldn't turn.Amy L.

Have a full-time attendant at the drop-off location to represent UHaul, discuss payments made OR payments due, detach and inspect the rental trailer for the customer instead of the customer having to do it, and review the contract before making unauthorized charges to make sure customer isn't double-paying for extra days. I contacted UHaul about these charges and still haven't received my credit for the late charges I acquired by not having an attendant at the drop-off site for 2 days. If this isn't "made right"....I will NEVER use UHaul again. Shame too, because other than drop-off, I WAS ecstatic about this rental.DANIEL H.

Truck had no AC, not a good thing on a 94 degree day. Seats looked like upholstery was about to come off. Truck smelled like mold. Couldn't adjust the drivers mirror. Truck pulled to the left while driving if you got over 35mph. Picked truck up and the gas hand was below the "E" mark, thankful gas station was close by. Definitely not the uhaul type of rental I have experienced with company before. On a good note this location employees I dealt with was very nice and courtesy.MARK T.

Reserving, picking up, and returning was easy and the staff was pleasant and professional at both locations. Unfortunately, the truck we rented was dirty and sticky inside the cab. There was even hair all over the dash, console, floor, and even on the windshield. There was cigarette ashes above the steering wheel where the gauges are, and the smell was terrible. In addition, the headlights would only work on high beams--no low beams at all. The tires hardly had any tread at all. There were even chunks out of the tires. This is our first time renting from UHaul, so I don't know if this is par for the course or an exception. I hope our next truck is in better shape.as we definitely have the need to rent again at least 6-7 times in the next few years. I know these are rentals, but especially during a health pandemic, I expected a vehicle in better condition.Kenneth C.

The worker at the desk only acknowledged our presence after the 3rd time trying to get his attention and having to almost yell at him. He never got up out of his chair at all, just handed us the paperwork and key, and said the truck is out front. The truck had not been swept and the floor and ramp had something sticky spilled all over it. The side of the truck had unmarked damage from where someone had hit a yellow protective pole in a parking lot or somewhere. A kiosk would have been better than the worker in Hazard.DONNA H.
The owner or manager did not participate in the first month free storage rental. I was awarded one but he didn't want to let me have it free, I guess. He didn't act very friendly either. But as far as the uhaul itself was very clean & comfortable.Georgia M.

Uhaul has a charge for everything. It's unfair to have to pay Soo many fees. Prices are outrageous. Online customer service also sucks.Edward S.
I was told by uhaul customer service this location would be open on Sunday and they would be there to disconnect trailer and sign me as dropping it off. I dropped it but the location is closed on Sundays.jeff H.

hours said 7am-11am when I got there there was no one there to speak with. doors where locked. the truck was very dirty. I was told I had to clean truck before returning it when I got ready to load it it was full of dried mud from the last user and i had lay blankets down to keep my stuff from getting nasty. truck was cleaner upon return than it was when I received it but I was the one charged a $25.00 cleaning fee. If the person who works there would have been there I could have talked to them about the truck instead I had to put the keys in a dropbox.Judy A.

When I made the reservations I was supposed to pick up the truck at a different location. U-haul didn't notify me of a different pick-up location- I found out by calling to confirm my reservation! Also, I paid for and reserved a dolly and furniture pads, and when I picked the truck up those items were not available! Thirdly, I was charged an additional rental day due to not returning the truck by midnight and the return site wasn't open!!! My experience with U-Haul was a nightmare and I will never use them again, nor will I recommend their service.Sherri D.

The reason I have a problem with the pick up is because it was not the one I asked for. It was 40 miles out of my way. I was not notified of the change I just happened to call uhaul to verify my truck was there and found out that way! I was very upset that you promise a location and vehicle you did not provide AND you did not even tell me!Donnie James M.
