We just parked the truck and dropped the keys into the drop box. So we didn’t speak to anybody because it was after business hours. But the lot was well maintained and easy to access.

BILLY CRemove the online U-Haul site, as it is useless and not correct on inventory or dealership locations. In fact it is a total waste of time. Nothing I ordered was correct, resulting in a horrible experience. Rest assured I will not use U-Haul again. On a scale of 0 to 10 Satisfaction, your Company rates a Negative -20.

MARK SThough the location wasn’t exactly the issue there is a huge problem with 24/7 pickup. What was supposed to be easy and painless ended up taking an hour and a half long process. First, the link I was emailed didn’t work and said my account had been locked. After being on the phone for after hours customer service for about 30min I was finally transferred to someone who was able to unlock my account. Once my account was able to be accessed it showed that I had no reservations even though I had been emailed my reservation number, thus giving my no options to “pick up my truck”. After another 30 minutes on the phone the customer support specialist was able to get my reservation fixed and to show up on my account properly. Once that was taken care of it took about 20+ min to go through the process of sending my drivers license pictures and getting approved to actually pick up the U-Haul. This process could be far more simple. When people call or get online to reserve their uhauls this whole process could be taken care of that day and then an email with the code and instructions to pick the key up could be provided via email in advance. I’ll never use 24/7 pickup again, I’d rather inconvenience myself before I let U-Haul inconvenience me again. To be clear all customer support was amazing and very helpful, the company overall should rethink their process.

JOHNNIE SI wasn't sure if I had parked the vehicle in the correct spot, and the owner said it was fine and would move it to where it needed to be. Dropp-off was very convenient and efficient!
ABIGAIL LThe app failed to work when returning my truck. I spent two hours trying to get the odometer and fuel gauge photographed and uploaded but the app kept freezing. So I called U-Haul and it took about 4 hours to get a call back. I was also overcharged. When I received the final receipt today the total was about $50 higher than the website estimated. There was a $17 gas fee, and the fuel hand was right on the quarter tank mark when I returned the truck. There was rental fees, and a couple more fees. Rip off. Just poor customer service overall.

Pat LReturned the truck 06-11 and was told we would not get a refund for the days not used. If I know that I would have keep the truck until the 13th instead of setting the contents out and covering it with tarps. I did tell the person where we dropped off the U-haul about the leak in the cab and the belt would whine when giving it fuel. For the next customer I would make sure all representatives are on the same page. One saying we would get a refund for days not used and them being told we would not get it after it was returned.

MICHAEL CU-Haul needs to learn what their car haulers can and cannot haul. With the Equipment Distribution department, the lady I spoke to said my truck, a 2005 GMC Sierra 4 door 5.5ft bed would fit on the trailer, so did the guy at the pickup location. The truck did not fit, matter of fact the truck was about 2 feet longer than the trailer. The rep at the pickup location typed my truck into his computer to make sure it would fit, so I assume the lady I talked to did as well, so I'm not mad at either person, I'm upset at whoever added it to the system so the representatives wouldn't have the correct information. Costed me extra gas. Another thing is that the truck didn't have cruise control. That made it a hassle traveling 300-400ish miles. The complaints aren't toward the pickup or drop off locations, but to U-Haul as a company. Other than the trailer length fiasco, everything was perfect. Everyone was nice and professional, equipment was easy to use and fairly clean.
Jeremy BI ask for extra day just in case we needed more time to unload but didn't need it,so I turned in truck and they still charged me for the extra day plus safemove INS for another day. Bad business practice!!

Michelle RA previous customer left a phone in the truck. It is in the cup holder. We called the previous called number but no one answered.
Donald HThe truck I reserved was not there as the previous renter did not return it on time. The manager did call me and apologized (I know it wasn't his fault) but I had to get a much larger, expensive truck and there was no offer to discount or anything. I waited 3 hours for my truck while my hired help sat and did nothing. The dolly I reserved was not there and the one iv ended up having to get did not work well for my move.

Marty HWanted to rent 10' truck for a day but Uhaul website showed and I was told when I called that none were available, so I rented a 15'. When I arrived at the lot there sat a 10' truck. The gentleman onsite said it was available so we made the switch, but obviously a disconnect between what was on the lot and what was shown online. Otherwise service was very good; lot owner/operator helpful, efficient. Only suggestion: there was a large mudhole next to where the truck was parked and where we left our vehicle that made access difficult. A little gravel would resolve that problem.

eddie wThe service was great. The truck was in good shape. We had a smooth transaction. The only issues were that the dolly we received was bent and covered in mud. We also were not able to get the furniture blankets we had received for the day. It was a good experience though.

dirk rThere was nobody at the location when I dropped the truck and tow dolly back. The place was closed for 3 days, but I returned it when I was supposed to. I parked it in the secure/video controlled lot.

Michael PPrice is just too high they advertise $29.00 a day for the truck but I had to pay so much a mile that it cost me $400 plus $150 full. I was out $550 for using it just one day.

ROY BMy son dropped the trailer at the wrong lot. Instead of telling him to proceed on to the correct lot in Jackson they double charged me. of course the bigwigs snicker and grab the coins. I AM HIGHLY DISPLEASED! Every business needs to survive or I would get on reviews and trash talk all local U-hauls. In case you didn't get it I don't like it!
