Nobody was there either time I tried to return the trailer. Even once when the location was supposed to be staffed.
Marty H.Wanted to rent 10' truck for a day but Uhaul website showed and I was told when I called that none were available, so I rented a 15'. When I arrived at the lot there sat a 10' truck. The gentleman onsite said it was available so we made the switch, but obviously a disconnect between what was on the lot and what was shown online. Otherwise service was very good; lot owner/operator helpful, efficient. Only suggestion: there was a large mudhole next to where the truck was parked and where we left our vehicle that made access difficult. A little gravel would resolve that problem.

eddie W.The service was great. The truck was in good shape. We had a smooth transaction. The only issues were that the dolly we received was bent and covered in mud. We also were not able to get the furniture blankets we had received for the day. It was a good experience though.
