i was over charged for miles and gas that i didn’t accrue and the matter has not been rectified. don’t knw if it’s the location or the actual u-haul company but the situation is ridiculous.

Vehicle had cigar butt and ashes left in it. French fries left on the floor. Gas tank on empty.
