Your mobile checkout/in experience is terrible. The location services didn't work on either end (my location services were ON on my phone). This resulted in a 45 minute delay on the front end, which wasn't great considering I needed to pack the truck for a 6-hour drive. On the back end, I had to call the following business day to be sure they had gotten the truck and keys. Total nightmare all around.Brad P.

I dropped the truck off the night of the day I rented it after hours. I was charged for the next day anyway. When I called they told me I was charged because THEY were closed on Sundays &. did not check the truck in until 9 am Monday. I called Uhaul Sunday at the 800 # where I was on hold for 30 min - the customer service agent said she made a note I had returned the truck & I should not be charged but I still was. Not much you can do; it's a small property with space for just a few trucks. But you could warn potential customers which locations are official U-Haul with lots of equipment and smaller outfits with limited choices.David M.
Equipment was clean, but not perfectly maintained. The tow dolly pull out loading ramp on the right side had broken stops for the pullout ramp, therefore when fully extended it separated from the tow dolly completely instead of stopping at the appropriate location. This is a dangerous issue that needs to be addressed with this rental unit.roger S.

Location needs either a separate service counter or person, from businesses main service. This was not my original pick up location. UHaul forwarded my reservation due to a mishap at the original location. This caused my mileage to be over allowance, and a delay in my moving schedule.Jackie S.

the U-haul on 41 and old 41 across from hooters needs to get their act together and stop saying that they have trailers available that aren't available and then letting the customer know the day of that they don't have it to prevent the customer from having to frantically drive over hell's half acres to find a U-haul that they can use.Nicholas W.

tried to drop off night before - was told no drop off box - went at 9:00 as was told - no one there - waited till 9:30 - called number listed - was told to put key in drop box (did it magically appear over night?) Bad location. Dirty.David H.
