The big white lady at the front desk looks like she hates her job. I’m not sure if she is a secretary or manager but she has no customer service skills. She’s rude. She has an attitude. Her demeanor gives off “I’m annoyed” look as soon as you walk in. She’ll glance ant you maybe but then return to staring at the computer screen. BE VERY CAREFUL TO REVIEW YOUR RECEIPTS CAREFULLY. She might try to rip you off like she did me. Got a pickup truck from their location on Wednesday about 3:16pm with sandbags already in the on the bed of the truck. My boyfriend figured it was to keep the truck bed down because of how much rain we’ve been getting. We return the truck 2 days later with sandbags still in it and drop off the key. A hour later I get my final receipt, and she adds a “cleaning fee” of $75 for the sandbags in the truck. Then, they try to charge my credit card an excess of $122.12. I can accept the $19.95 charge for returning the truck late but not the fraudulent fee of sandbags that were already in the truck and weren’t placed by me. Either she doesn’t inspect the truck before renting it out (seriously doubt that) OR I suspect the person who placed these bags in the truck and left them there was already charged for them; but she hasn’t cleaned them out of the truck because she is leaving the bags in the truck so she can keep charging more customers for a fraudulent cleaning fee because technically they aren’t cleaning the truck. I urge other customers to actually look back on their receipts and question any cleaning fees related to sandbags! I will never rent from here again. I’m straight

ANTHONY GWe drove 13 miles during our entire rental, and estimated that would be about 1 gallon of gas for the vehicle. We stopped at a nearby gas station to put in 1 gallon. When we arrived a couple of hours early at the rental location to return the vehicle we were told it wasn't enough gas and were charged an additional $14. We also notified the attendant that the lock provided to secure the roll up door was broken when we went to use it 2 hours after we left the rental place on the first day. We had to go get a lock on our own. Unfortunately, that makes it unlikely we will use your service again. In addition, several of us have used your service personally and will probably not rent from this location again.
KIMBERLY EThe truck cabin smelled of strong urine and it was unbearable during our use of the rental. When we complained and asked for a credit, the staff didn’t seem to think it was that bad.

JULIO CIf I can be honest I dont know how to explain this location only because when I got the truck I told them I might need it for two days, not one but two days. The lady said so can you get back to me the next day at this time. I said I can try I live in riverside which is about 65-75 miles away and alot of stuff, she said ok. Then I got attitude because I didnt get it back to her exactly at 5:30 that day. It's so frustrating when you tell someone somthing and they ingor you. I said two day she gave me one. Then the only good thing is she gave me one more day extension which I was happy about no fees applied. Then when I returned the Truck the next day early I should saw I returned the keys to the worker she had an attitude and said I will send your your receipt to your email no thank you no nothing but attitude. I wanted to tell her that she should fix her attitude when talking to customers but then I decided I get to write a review everyone gets to see. Then I get home and they call me and accuse me of not dropping off the truck said I left it in the moddles of the street or never returned. After I told the lady that I left it on thier property she said we'll I dont see the truck. We'll maybe if you walked out side next to the blue truck youd see the truck. Then she said ok well I will look for the key and see if it matches the truck. So you called me to accuse me of stealing or not returning the truck and didnt even look to see if the truck keys matched the truck. Are you serious. Well if you like to get back to me and apologize and or even refund me my money that would be great too because these people are horrible at thier job. Also when i got the truck the drivers door was fine untill i started drivingand the drivers door sounded lole the window was down, it would shut all the way so thank you for keep me safe. DANIEL CI have rented from this dealer before. Kimberly was very nice and accommodating when I needed to extend for another day. However, she did not inform me about the $20.00 after hours service fee. That was a surprise when I saw my receipt. Otherwise, their service is great and their vehicles are in great shape.
