This is not the location I made the reservation for the U-haul - it was changed less than 1/2 hour before I was supposed to pick-up the van. The new location was very inconvenient for pick-up and return. The last time I reserved a U-haul van I had to take a truck as there were not any vans available. Why do I make a reservation if U-haul is not going to honor it.

Reservations made for pick up in Elmwood Drive, but was told to go pick up on Two Knotch Road upon arrival with at least three 15’ trucks on the lot.
Keith MEverything was perfect for the pickup. The young man was thoughtful, professional and had the truck waiting facing an exit. He went over numerous parts of the truck and made sure that I understood directions to our loading address. Very good experience.
