1. They had the truck parked against the side of the building so while using the app I had to get in the truck and move it to take the required pictures of the side view. 2. On a day where we wanted to get moving and get on the road early the app succeeded in wasting almost 25 minutes of my time! 3. The truck was FILTHY on the inside when I opened the back to load my items. I do have pictures to prove it that are time stamped. It was bad enough that I had to sweep it out myself, use a dustpan and then get a blower to finish. YOU SHOULD PAY ME THE $25 CLEANOUT FEE SINCE I DID YOUR WORK!!! I refrained from leaving a review the first day because it would have been filled with profanity so here is your more politically correct review a week later. Please feel free to call me if you want the mess pictures sent to you that I had to clean or if you have any other question on this poor experience. Bottom line: This location SUCKS and I will NEVER use this location again. Period.
Todd WThere was a beautiful lady that worked there by the name of Tammy. She was very nice that the truck had no AC. It was horrible. I was supposed to get a discount. I don’t see where I received a discount so I am not a satisfied customer at all, but the people will surely perform to operations of your vehicle and what I received it sucked. I should’ve received some type of discount. I had a low AC in that car blowing hot air so with that being said, I will not recommend you at all to anyone if they were looking for a friend. I would definitely recommend Tammy.
Phyllis VChloe was friendly when checking in for my truck. Vinny as well, they were very professional and he explained to me about how to save gas while using the U-Haul truck! btw this location is HUGE and very well kept up, clean location.

ROBIN GUhaul attempted to charge me 600+ miles because the odometer wasn't checked beforehand by employee. Two thumbs down
KYLE YThe truck we reserved was not available when we arrived. It had not been returned the night before, but no one contacted us. We were then sent to another location 20 minutes away. When we arrived there the appliance dolly was not available. We then had to go to a third location back in the opposite direction. We will not use U - haul again unless we get a full refund
