Your website shows a 12ft 6 inch bed length for 15 foot truck, however the door will not close on a 12ft item. I tied the door down and hoped for best. Calvin Hance

I rented a 6x12 trailer. The only issue I had was no jack on the hitch. I am 6 feet 3 inches tall and weigh 200 pounds and it was difficult for me to lift and hitch the trailer to my truck. Other than that it was a great experience.

Since we returned the truck a day earlier than expected, I would have appreciated a discount. A discount was given in the past by a uhaul agent when the truck was returned a day earlier.

Basically I would recommend using diesel engines versus gas as the the V10 Ford I drove got 5.6 mpg and the gear ration seemed different as it often would run 4500rpm and redlines at 5000. Just my opinion, overall it did a good job just question the longevity of the engine working so hard. Thanks it did the job.

I thought it was extremely easy to reserve my UHaul and was excited about the moving process. Your customer service ruined that for me. The day after I made my reservation online, I received an email stating that I was to pick up my truck in a town an hour away from me, at an hour later than I had requested and on a completely different day. I called UHaul and they explained that my selected location was no longer an option and they just haven't had a chance to remove that pickup location. They were able to switch the day and the time but I still had to drive an hour to pick up on my truck. Two days before pick-up, I get another text that has a completely NEW pickup time. I call to ask and they stated that I should have NEVER been given the earlier pickup time; that shouldn't have been an option for me. I explained this was my third call to UHaul and that my movers would be ready to load at the time UHaul wanted me to pick up the truck (again an hour away from me). They tried to see what they could do and ultimately got me the earlier pickup time thanks to mobile check-out. Uhaul said they'd send me a video to help with that via text and as soon as I hung up, I receive an EMAIL stating that my pickup location was NOW at the place I originally selected which UHaul claims is no closed. So I call UHaul a fourth time and they have no clue why I received the email stating the wrong pick-up location and that all was clear on their end. As a webmaster myself, I asked to speak to their IT team as my business would be upset if inaccurate emails were being sent out. They said that was an issue for customer service and could transfer me if I wanted to tell them....not their problem! I asked for their cell phone as I knew I'd run into trouble picking up the truck and they said I should call the 1-800 number if I had troubles on pick-up day. The only trouble I encountered on pick-up day was a truck that had half a tank of gas in it. Horrible customer service....I'm a one and done UHaul customer.

This location was closed on sundays and half day saturdays. I was not told that I would be charged for an extra day that I did not use the van. I had to sign and pay by noon on saturday but I did not need the van until sunday at noon. I had it back in 3 hours. I don't think it is fair to be charged for an extra day just because they were closed. Especially since this was not told to me before I signed.

I booked U haul through the official dealer. I paid for full insurance coverage and that is what I was told. I scratched another car when trying to park, I informed U-haul of the incident. They told me to contact Repwest, and Repwest sent me an email to use my car insurance to pay for the accident. This is very unprofessional and I will not recommend U-haul to anyone if they don’t understand my situation, and work things out for me.

Nothing. Very helpful & personable staff, very clean location. 800 UHaul phone service not as helpful. I was told I could not rent truck for more than 24 hours when I needed 2 days. Local agent fixed that. Local agent the only reason I rented from UHaul., 800 phone service nearly drove me away.
