George P.I have no problem with this location in particular. I had called my preferred location in advance to ask if ramps were available with the trailer. I was told the back door lowered to form a ramp. NOT TRUE! It is a real problem when loading and unloading a very heavy piano. We were also very shocked to discover there was no jack on the trailer. Had a wheel locked up or some other problem on the road we would have been screwed with no way to drop the trailer! We might have needed to drop the trailer at our destination for a bit but that would have been out of the question. Both of these issues make me hesitant to rent from UHaul in the future.
