ANDRES AThe lady who took care of us at pick up was super friendly and helpful.
AIDAN BI was very upset I called early Friday morning about how the trailer was not working correctly, no one returned my call till the next day. We had to zip tie the hit to latch that was extremely dangerous I should have never drove it that way. When I returned the Trailer from having it. The release started working correctly Due to myself as my brother-in-law zip tying it. I feel like Something should be done about this. Very unsafe conditions for myself. The unit also had some sort of a leak I had water on the floor. Which I did forget to mention to the gentleman who had called me. He stated he will be putting notes on this trailer so maintenance can be made. But again, this was very unsafe, The Gentleman who helped me in Jacksonville was very friendly and kind that is very apparated.
