I got put on hold for 3 hours them they hung up on me amd I had to. Call back and start all over again. Then had to pay for a hotel room so I lost money there. And my paid help had to leave for another job so I just got all around robbed for my money for using you guys. Now your wanting me to pay you for 145 dollars extra after what I went thru? Are yu guys insane

Alex SThis location, and staff are excellent. They take the renter's needs into consideration and do everything they can to make things available and accessible. I have a corporate account, but I have had nothing but problems getting trailers where I want them and when I want them. I would rather pay non-corporate rates and get what I need. If it weren't for places like this location, I would not use U Haul !
