The reservations I put in online were saying I could not have the car tower I needed almost messing up a 5000 delivery I had to make but this location got it all straightened out and set up so I was able to make the delivery. She was greatRodney A.

I reserved online and expected to use the 24/7 pickup option but it was repetitive and cumbersome. Fortunately humans at the location bailed U-Haul out.Glen C.
Other than the check out process taking over an hour because there was no service at this location, it was okay. Easy to find, but what should have been a five minute check in took FOREVER. I'm very displeased that I had to drive 45 minutes to a Uhaul location out of my city when there were ones closer to me, let alone one in an area that doesn't have service.Sarah F.

Received a text while I was driving telling me to check the equipment. By the time I got stopped the link had expired. Then I received a text telling me to check in when I dropped off the truck. I was told that I would be contacted by a person that would ask for certain bits of information so that I could certify the drop off. I followed the directions but no one called. I made an extra trip into town to certify the drop off and the clerk told me she had never heard of such a thing. This is very confusing.Bonnie F.

At first we had great service didnt have a problem picking up uhual. Then when we went to return it we still did good. But because no one told you about the minutes we were charged for a extra day because we had it a extra 15ish mins. So me and my mom went out there to get it fixed because they tried to charge me close to $300 for this uhaul. Well the women behind the counter helped to fix the problem. But as I checked my bank account on 1-8-2021 not only did they take out the original price on the original contract but they also took out the extra day and took out the new amount that they charged me. So now my bank account is so far negative $251.82 that not only will I not have a check but I'm gonna get slapped with a $30 surcharge for being negative!Joshua B.

Truck was VERY low on oil - below the fill line. (Renter is airline mechanic who checks the fluid levels of everything he rents/drives.) Key was not ready in contact-less payment door thing; we had to see a person. Truck was ready and easily found; staff were very nice.Merle B.

We had no idea that this location would be closed and no one to assist with helping to unhitch the trailer.thomas C.
The locations that I picked Up and dropped off the 15 foot truck were very nice. There were 2 U-haul locations available in my town, however; neither had the truck I needed and I was not notified of this until the day before I left. I had to find someone to drop me off 30 miles away at a pick up site. I did not have time to look for alternative competing businesses with such short notice. I was compensated the additional mileage to travel and atleast the truck size I needed was available.Mary B.
