Had to park and unhook the trailer myself with no help. I am 77 years old. Lady was cordial but this location does not provide good service

Gates were closed when attempting to drop-off truck and trailer. Only place to park both due to size was in front of building. Now I am being charged for running over a water meter box. There was nowhere else to park the truck and trailer.

Absolutely blown away by how smooth and stress-free my move was thanks to U-Haul! The owner went above and beyond—so kind, helpful, and truly made the whole process easier from start to finish. I have rented this storage for almost 25 years and the folks there could not have been nicer to my family. Not once did I ever have a conflict, they are the most loyal folks ever and I was proud to be a customer.
