The interaction with the owner was excellent. However, the truck that I rented has a problem with the suspension. It pulls to the right and shakes badly, worse at some speeds than others. Good thing I had a short trip.

Roshell DThe customer service is great here. They’re always kind & helpful which is why I come here when I need something. My issue this round: I reserved a truck a few days in advance & let them know I’d be coming pick it up after work Monday. I got the key that morning & reminded them I’d come pick the truck up that afternoon. I got to work and had to come move the truck because it was blocking another that needed to be rented, which was fine. But when I got off from work, the truck I needed was blocked by a truck & the place was closed. So I had to figure a way to get a key out of the drop off area. It was just a minor inconvenience.
