Frank CThe office Closed in the middle of the day for 2 hours. Went back after 2 hours only to be told the system was down and I had to come back. I was also told to try on my own online to rent it. Which I was able to do. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience dealing with incompetence.
THOMAS CThe interaction with the owner was excellent. However, the truck that I rented has a problem with the suspension. It pulls to the right and shakes badly, worse at some speeds than others. Good thing I had a short trip.
