JAMES Cthe ubox was never set out as i requested and i rented a uhaul truck for nothing wasted my money bc your employee did not do there job and instead of making it right i was told i d have to pay 100 to have the uxbox delievered so i had to pay again to get a truck to move my stuff 6 days later will not do buisness with u haul again

The ladies that run the office are super friendly and helpful...I never ran across anything that was an issue in the 3 years I was there. A great value. Thank you for having me! Will recommend to anyone looking for storage...btw, love the online portal for paying with the ability to pay for as many months ahead as I wanted too...very convenient! Moving out was a breeze too.

YENU WI have had a very positive experience. I did a lot of prep work online before I picked up the equipment and that really helped streamline the rental process. Additionally I found all the staff extremely helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with my experience.
