The website was difficult to navigate and kept kicking me off or failing to load the page properly which in turn forced me to call in order to get the code to get the truck key. Very complicated and difficult pickup.

Why the price difference and not told. poor way to do business but great way to get more money for rentals.

Paul M.Was changed from Gordon Drive U-Haul to ABC Storage. I had to drive PAST Gordon Drive, where I observed several 26 ft trucks available. When I spoke to the representative on the phone, she said the Gordon Drive location always shifts out of town trucks to the smaller locations. I had to make an additional 15 minute drive into another state. It was not convenient.

First place I arrange pickup the lady was totally unhelpful and made all my problem. I will NEVER use you again. I should have paid the extra cost and picked up in a kind city like Sioux FALLS.

Also, the truck was not parked on pavement so when I pulled away I was kicking rocks out of the tires for several miles. A bit disconcerting as I was concerned about causing damage to other vehicle(s).
David H.I rent weekly from other facilities and this was one of the worst. No help to load trailer. Found trailer it was stuck in the mud had to dig it out getting myself muddy and filthy. Upon return their hours say open at 9am. Dropped the trailer off at 12 and they weren't there so I had to unhook and unload by myself. If I ever have to go back to this place I will cancel the appt and go with another company.

Debby M.I read so many horrible reviews about another U haul place, I was expecting this one to be the same way. Other than an interruption from someone who had purchased blankets and was sent there even though she had told the place he had come from she didn't have enough. She got on the phone and found him all the blankets he needed. I was impressed. She then finished my rental and a storage unit rental in less than 15 minutes. Awesome.

CHRIS T.The uhaul website was pretty difficult. I wanted to pick up the truck fave to fave to not have to deal with download the app and all the other steps involved. I was supposed to pick up at a complete other location on a different side of town and lots of other issues happened as well. It was a complete hassle. However Gina went above and beyond customer service. She met us after hours personally to help us and made the whole experience so much better. I give 5 stars to Gina our representative but 2 stars to the uhaul website. Thank you so much Gina for the wonderful job you did and for being so understanding and nice. Because of you we will attempt uhaul again for our truck rentals in the future!

When I called to dispute gas opened ticket did not take any information to contact me or advise me. Very rude I recorded her I'm filing a BBB complaint escalate to corporate office.
JENNIFER B.The lady's phone wasn't working very well. Never recommended me putting the lock on the back. Even though it was going to be empty it should be done as the latch popped open and apparently I was going down the road with the doors opening and closing. The lights didn't work properly as she had me check on the break lights not the turn signals. I ended up going to the Napa location in Fremont NE and they help diagnose the issue. They were extremely helpful.
