No one was there we had to drive all over town to be able to rent the unit and it was dirty inside the trailer main concern no one was at the location to help get it checked out or do their job like take pictures

Alexx CWe had to go to one site and there was just a note to go to another site. So we went to the second site filled out paperwork and then had to go to the first site to get the trailer. It would be better if it was done at just one place. A waste of my time. Also, we had to drop off the trailer at a place 15 miles from my home and there is another U-Haul just 6 blocks from my home. Just not a convenient or easy experience!
NICOLAS MEverything went ok with the mobile pick up and return. The only thing that sucks is I had to put a $100 deposit down because I used a cashapp card and I am still waiting for the refund of $48.00 and haven't received an email receipt after the return.
