There was not ability to provide any service or information whatsoever. The app didnt work, I was unable to upload pictures or get my trip started for one hour and 30 mins; I returned the car on time but used significantly less mileage. I had no time to get gas because the store was going to close and I had to return the vehicle. I refuse to pay a $30 refuel fee. I also only used a quarter tank of gas, that does not cost $45. Kiss my ass
