The U-Haul Movers that help us move were some of the best Movers we have ever hired. they were from the Isabella Garcia Company that Contracts for U-Haul. these two men were not only hard workers, but they were very respectful, friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend their Company as the next time we need to move anything from our storage units I will call them knowing that I will get quality help. Thank you for all you did.
MICHAEL CHad a 9:30 appointment, showed up to find sign on door saying the would not open till 10am. Called number on paperwork. 20 minutes later received a call to check out the unit. If I did not need the trailer I would have left.

Kevin JIt was very difficult for me and my family to acquire the rental. We stood out in the sun for hours and on the phone with various agents and yes we finally got the assistance required. Then I was upgraded to a bigger truck ant no extra charge allegedly-yet I sustained the price difference. I will never use nor recommend this location to anyone. And maybe recommend and use Penskie for future moving needs.

Casy HMy reservation was changed at the last minute from another uhaul place. The vehicle I was supposed to get was not there due to the change of reservation. But the the vehicle I got was all I needed. It was clean and runs good. The person who handled my transaction was quick polite and helpful. They do detailing as well I will be back for other services.
Sherry KThese guys are real life crooks. I mean I life is hard but is it really that bad? I reserved a U-Haul for 24 hours and brought it back early! These people charged my debit card a total of $236.10. It’s giving broke and unprofessional.
Jonda RMake sure someone is at the location to greet that customer. Make sure equipment is clean. The truck inside was not clean at all it needed wiping down with disinfective cleanser.
MARION CThey were not open during advertised business hours so I had to wait an hour for someone to show up to give me the equipment I requested and the. I was shorted 2 moving blankets and didn’t receive the dolly at all. Was told they took it off my contract but I was still charged for it. Also, the guy did not do a walk around of the truck but I noticed several scrapes and dents so I photographed and videoed them to cover myself.
Jennifer GThe pads, utility dollies, and furniture dollies were not in the truck as ordered when we picked up the yruck by mobile pickup. So, we had to wait about 1 hour to get our eqipment, which delayed our time with our paid movers and so it cost $110/hour that the movers were waiting for us to have the Uhaul truck available
Molly BPicking up the truck took about 15 minutes as I was unfamiliar with the procedure. I would rent from this location again. The truck was easy to drive, clean, and met all my expectations.
Joan FReservation was not in system. Price was misquoted, details of f return was wrong, had to settle for smaller truck. Local dealer refused to accept responsibility. Had to make several calls to uhaul to straighten out.

Darian FUpon returning my truck, I was very impressed with the U-Haul software system which leads the customer through a series of questions / comments / photo-taking related to returning the truck. That software system was very user friendly. Whoever wrote that program deserves "a pat on the back." Yes, U-Haul seems to have delegated some of its work to the customer, but, regardless, I like this system.

richard aPlace was very cramped and appears aged and if I had to pull a truck into the lot, I think it would be difficult but it is clean. Parking lot needs improvement and parking is limited. Personnel were helpful and polite. The only reason I would recommend this spot is because the personnel were so helpful and it's the only spot where you can pay your bill.

Kenji SWas scheduled for another location and they did not have the equipment. Was sent to another U-haul center who was not prepared for me. It took a long time for U-haul to answer the phone when the Russell Prky tried to call and verify information & find tje equipment locally. It was not Moody Road U-haul fault at any level. It was the fault of the Russell Prky and reservations.
Karen cI was charged an additional fee of $57.78 and I don’t know what these charges are for. I had paid at the pickup location.

Charles DThe vehicle was not cleaned, lots of dirt in the cab. I brought the vehicle back by 6:30. I was over charged on my card and try to reach customer service to get the over excessive miles and gas reimbursement is like pulling teeth. I took pictures of the miles and pictures don’t lie. I requested someone to call me and I’ll get someone to call but no one never came to the phone. Please have someone to call me to get the charges adjusted. 478-318-7905

SAMANTHA AThis truck was dead on empty on fuel on pick up and barely made it to the gas station. The truck was filthy and stank. It had been used to haul wood, hay and manure. We had to clean it before we could use it. The guy who rented it to me stated that U haul had charged the customer for not cleaning it but it should have been cleaned before we got it. I have been in contact with U haul to see about a reimbursement on some of the rental cost due to the condition of this truck.
BECKY JLet customer know that they need to login to add driver's licenses and other info before pick up. Also customer service need to have fewer hold times to be connect.
Barbara AI had to go to this location, which is primarily an auto detailing business, because they didn't have the truck I reserved at the main location in town. When I got there, the manager was great, fast, respectful and very pleasant to deal with. The truck, however, is just another big, loud, uncomfortable beast of a machine that has no amenities and no room for anything up in the cab.
MARK WThis was not a 24/7 pick up location. Scheduled our pick up for 7am, with a 2 hour window. We arrived at 6:00 am to pick up the truck. Was not able to get in and had to wait for an employee to show up to get the truck. Location did not open until 9:00am. Had ordered 2 dozen furniture pads and only received one dozen. Will not pick up a truck at this location ever again.

Gleny KWas not informed that this was a truck share location and that I needed to set up the app to get the keys for the truck, was on the phone with customer service for over 30 minutes trying to figure it out. I had checked in online and had submitted my drivers license but yet had to do it again over the phone with customer service. After I finally jumped through all the hoops to finally get the keys, the truck was absolutely disgusting! Trash, mulch, and debris was all over the truck and the cab was equally disgusting! Terrible process overall! I checked in online and was never informed that I would have to set up the app and then deal with customer service just to get the keys to the truck.
Jacob BI called ahead to make sure I could drop off the car trailer before 6 pm the night before I brought the truck back. They left at 5 that day. I left it anyway and called to let them know it was there.

SAMARIA PThe truck was advertised to have cruse control, this truck did not. The windshield was covered in dugs. I had to clean it and the whole truck before it was safe to travel.

Robert OFirst location i went to get a truck gave me a truck with a busted gas tank and charged me 188.00 i explained to the guy the issue so he just said he would refund me and sent me to another place where I was charged another 180.00. And then I was originally told to return the truck to another place, the address given to me was a dead end road with an out of business place. No street lights and not a safe area. It was 10pm at this point and I was told I would not be charged for an additional day for returning it after business hours I called the 1800 number and it took an hour on the phone for someone to redirect me back to near where I got the uhaul from originally. I was charged for the over mileage, and extra day. In total I spent $445 for a one day rental. Next time I will definitely pay movers and deal with the headache
