The truck was advertised to have cruse control, this truck did not. The windshield was covered in dugs. I had to clean it and the whole truck before it was safe to travel.
Ramp was missing on 26ft truck after putting gas and drove home our labor moving help guys notice it: had to call drive it back, get another Trucj!
I recommend using another rental service
First location i went to get a truck gave me a truck with a busted gas tank and charged me 188.00 i explained to the guy the issue so he just said he would refund me and sent me to another place where I was charged another 180.00. And then I was originally told to return the truck to another place, the address given to me was a dead end road with an out of business place. No street lights and not a safe area. It was 10pm at this point and I was told I would not be charged for an additional day for returning it after business hours I called the 1800 number and it took an hour on the phone for someone to redirect me back to near where I got the uhaul from originally. I was charged for the over mileage, and extra day. In total I spent $445 for a one day rental. Next time I will definitely pay movers and deal with the headache

I was charged for fuel to go 9.1 miles . That gauge was not in that position when I returned the truck .
this location can not do the no contact with the U-Haul app they are not equipped for this. I had to go inside to get the keys to the truck.
Overall this was a terrible experience. I was supposed to have picked the UHaul up from the Carl Vinson Parkway location. They instead gave the vehicle reserved for me to another customer and I was without one. They put me behind schedule a day due to their inability to effectively manage resources. Additionally, when I spoke to the UHaul "supervisor" when I called the corporate number, he agreed to refund me $100 due to the incident. However, he only reimbursed me $50. This has led me to question the integrity of UHaul has a whole, and I will be looking for other companies to work with in the future. I will not recommend UHaul to other people.
Change the website there is no 2004 Moody Rd uhaul location, could not find it? Please correct this.??????
I rented a trailer, contract #91497535, for three or four days. Wanted to rent until Sunday, but they said they were closed, but I could drop off trailer that day. However, I rented for three days. I was told that they close at 5 on Saturdays. I was stuck in traffic the last day during a very bad rain storm. I tried to call when able at 5:10 but no answer. I dropped trailer off and left a note with my name taped to the drop box as I didn't have a paper copy of the contract. I thought everything was good until I was able to review my emails where they charged me for a week. I tried calling them at 3:00 on Saturday, but no answer. I drove to the dealer at 3:45 pm, but they were not open as I thought they would be. I took a picture of the note that was still there. I then called customer support and spoke to Christine who was very helpful while I filed an objection to the extra charges.
Staff was fine, the location/parking could use some work.
I filled gas tank to level it was when I picked up truck in Florida, (Half full).... I was still charged a gas fee to add gas to tank. Charge has been disputed.
The representatives were amazing. Very polite and courteous. We did order a package of 12 furniture pads and they had only 7. 7 was better than none.
