I attempted to do a self check out for drop off but when done couldn't locate a drop box for the key so will head back there in the morning. But overall this location is the most reliable in the area, I will continue to use for future moves.

Sebangiol S.The gas was faulty and showed that it was full and was not. I drove 20 miles and it run out of gas. I had to fill the whole thing up which was $122 total for 31 gallons!! I drove only 20 miles. Also, very unhappy with the fact your roadside assistance would not help me when I was stuck blocking traffic. Telling me to call my local police to get towed before they will send help is not okay.,

So now I have to drive back there and miss some work tmrw to get it back to them by noon. I asked about drop off after hours when I picked up, and he made a joke sorts out of it. And when it came time. I realized there really was no box even tho he advised me to return it after hours. And I followed all stores online.

Only had a quarter tank of gas, which was enough to do the move but because I forgot to add gas 1-2 gallons (I only went 16 miles) I got chard 4 gallons fill-up and a $30 filling fee. I was charged a ridiculous fee of $52, for what should have been $8. I cannot recommend price gauging U-haul practices.

Traber S.Clean the U-haul between pick ups. It was filthy. Ground in the cab was caked with mud, steering wheel and center console were sticky and obviously had not been cleaned in awhile. Coffee had also been spilled in the console....I cleaned it all up myself with some lysol wipes but especially in the time of Covid this is unacceptable but would not have been acceptable prior either...it was gross! I was in a time crunch so did not go back inside just dealt with it. When I mentioned at return they barely acknowledged it. Also, the transmission sounded like it was grinding and was thankful my move was short.

No apology or simple I am sorry you had to wait was offered, customer service basics. The truck ended up with a flat tire. That caused a two hour delay to have the tire changed. Upon my request I was given a discount which was appreciated but again, no I am sorry for the inconvenience.
