How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe had to track down someone to help us at the counter, otherwise fine.
Roger RVery good customer service. Couldn't find the drop box so have to return in the AM.
Delila DNice folks and a fast checkout/in. COuldn't ask for more.
Derek RThe gas level is a common problem with U-Haul. When I got the vehicle it was below 7/8 of a tank parked on a slope. Shortly after leaving it was at 3/4 on level ground and I returned it with well over 7/8. It just seems like another way for U-Haul to make money but in the scheme of things I was very happy with my experience of renting my U-Haul from A-Boy and would rent there again..
