The gas level is a common problem with U-Haul. When I got the vehicle it was below 7/8 of a tank parked on a slope. Shortly after leaving it was at 3/4 on level ground and I returned it with well over 7/8. It just seems like another way for U-Haul to make money but in the scheme of things I was very happy with my experience of renting my U-Haul from A-Boy and would rent there again..

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI love my local A-Boy, but the truck was dirty esp. the windscreen on the inside. Cargo area was clean enough. One backup light was out. A-Boy said that size truck was being discontinued, at least at that location, so maybe that’s why.

I moved from another storage facility, run by another local company, and their carts were significantly larger and more easy to use. Also, it was quite warm in the building despite it saying climate controlled.
