I would not recommend this place. I made reservations for a truck pick up at 10am, called and guys said yes was ready. Took a Uber there the guy tried to complete transaction. He said Uhaul system is down. Said it happens all the time, worse on Saturday with long lines of upset people Said would be 30 min back up and running. I waited and 45min later still not working. Had to take under back home, told the guy call when ready. I never received a call, it was 1pm now. I called he said yes system back up and running, I had to take another Uber over, when I got there he still had difficult processing order, took over 30 min again. I was out 42.00 for the ubers back and forth. The guy at uhaul said would talk to boss about a discount for the trouble, and should get a call from mang about it. never heard from them. that didn’t happen actually charged me more for going 7 miles over limit. I would not recommend this place

Equipment I reserved was not available. In my reservation I had 1 appliance dolly and 1 utility dolly. They had no utility dollies. I had 24 furniture pads ordered. They gave me 6. They said a text would come to me to do a pre drive once over of the vehicle. That never came to my cell. They said they’d have to close me out and start the reservation over to give it to me. So I just took a video of the truck before I left. It was a nice new storage facility but the gentleman who worked with me made it sound like the uhaul online system doesn’t work.

They charged me for gas and a cleaning fee which I asked was it ok if I came and got my bed rails later, the guy said it was fine now I’m being charged an additional fee! I will never use uhaul again! I’ve have used uhaul for every move, but never again

The employees at the front office are super helpful. The indoor storage facilities are clean & secure, yet easily accessible for those renting a storage unit here.

The dolly we rented was a waste of time because it was never mentioned there was no ramp on the truck, however, the credit was given for the appliance dolly rental. I submitted a callback request regarding my window being shattered in the process of loading the dolly in my back seat after realizing the dolly was not placed in the truck and I had to come back for it. Awaiting their call to discuss while my car is at the collision center.

I had the worst move in experience. Everything that could have gone wrong seemed to be going wrong and the employees here were super kind, understanding and helpful. Recommend this location.

They do their job, the attendants. There is an over abundance of ego. Not loud or outlandish ego, but in their own way they are just a little above the customer. Of course this is never uttered, just acted out. Not bad people though in case that is what you interpret, just not servants. One of them is more of the serve the customer type.

We arrived just before closing. Long story short, my dog locked herself in the vehicle w her paw while I paid. Front desk guy stayed LONG after closing time to help. Kinda pricy, but GREAT service!

Website says open 9am-4pm Saturday, but found door locked and place closed at 230pm. Had a truck full of boxes with an online reservation. Went to the competition and gave them my business.

When I tried to return the truck in that location, at a first time they told me they can’t Receive the truck in that location, then when I told them it was the second time a U-Haul office told me it’s not possible to do that in the location and I need to go to other place that’s when the proceeds to receive the truck. I was told I had a full tank of gas in my U-Haul and the needle was pointing to full too. I only drove the U-Haul 23 miles and had to fill up 7 gallons of gas (have the receipt to prove it). U-Haul should NOt say a gas tank is full, if it’s actually 90% full. A renter can’t tell because that the gas needle should be past the F on the gas needle.

Provide customer service phone number. Reason is, we were getting close to the time of returning back the UHaul and were running late. Had no phone number available to inform them we would be running late of 10 minutes.

I checked in online and paid in advance and when I went into the store, they didn't have the furniture dolly I requested and had to completely redo my contract. Basically the work I did to ensure a speedy transaction was for nothing.

Remove Full Circle Moving as a recommended or available moving co as one of the movers stole the U-haul dolly even after I tipped them $30. I was then charged $75 by this U-haul location because of this.

We mentioned that the drop location had been changed however about two later received a telephone call from the original drop location asking about the rental van. We told the individual that the location had been change and the return had been made the day after rental. He suggested that I call the regional office and get it straight because the Larmanda St. location had not shown the van returned. We called and the rental was closed. Thanks.

The check-in process to pick up the vehicle took forever. The vehicle (10' foot truck) that we had booked way ahead of time was unavailable and we were made aware of this only at pick-up. This is absurd because I had called the previous day to reconfirm the reservation. The dolly that we had ordered was also unavailable and we were given another heavy duty one which was totally unnecessary for us.

Truck had been attacked by birds prior to my picking it up. I had to hose off the windshield and Windex prior to packing things up. Otherwise an outstanding experience. Staff was excellent.

The location was great. The workers were great. However, there was a problem with the UHaul computer system. This delayed me getting the truck. This was the worst truck I've rented. It made a lot of noise. Turning it sounded and felt it was grinding. Only drove the truck a total of 21 miles. The engine light came on while driving. The truck has not been maintained.
