BRYAN AThe service there was terrible. The gentleman had attitude from the time I had called, even when I came into the store. He has none of the equipment that I had put on my reservation. I would like to know if I can get some of my money back just for even the truck. Not satisfied at all.

Carlton RI was charged $20 after hours fee. I returned the van and went on the app to check in. I unknowingly did not completely check in. I noticed my reservation was still active. I called and when I finally got to the person in the office. I explained to him. I sent him a screenshot of the odometer and told him where I parked. I also took a picture of me dropping the keys in the drop box. It was just a matter of me not completing the prompts on the app. Everything was fine until I noticed the $20 charge. I reached out to him. He told me he would refund it. A few days went by, no refund. I sent him a text message but he did not respond.

EARL VI was supposed to pick up a truck and two dolly’s at another location on Washington Ave in Brooklyn. I was told two days before pick up that my location had changed. The new location did not have the dolly’s that I ordered. I had to go to another location. To get dolly’s for my move. But they also did not have the specific dolly’s that I had reserved. The entire experience was very frustrating.

ANDRE ROpen just a bit earlier
RICHARD HI spent nearly 25 minutes of my 4hr hire looking for the truck with the correct number I was told would be on the outside of the truck. There was no number outside only small one on the inside instrument panel that could not be seen from outside. The online check in process was not as seamless as it could have been and I will not use this process again.

Mickell PI was not aware that this was not a true UHaul location. Your charges are higher.
ANDREW RPickup vehicles are parked all over the street at intersections and next to bus stops, making it very dangerous to inspect and take pictures of the vehicle. You have to be mindful of oncoming traffic. Had a frustrating experience with customer service. Came to the store before 9:00 am opening time and although the agent was kind enough to let me in and start the pickup process. Another customer came in asking for info and was told that the store was not open as yet however, the agent proceeded to address that customer’s needs as if I was not present. My transaction was put on the back burner. I asked the agent if this wasn’t a first come first serve business they have here. He was polite but his answer was scruffy. He found himself maneuvering info between me and the other customer, at one point I had to ask: are you talking to me or the other guy. For that reason I would never do business with that location again

Richard HThe u haul app sent me to this location even though they are closed on Sunday. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP TO REFECT HOURS FOR RESERVATIONS. Luckily there was an employee doing can maintenance. He kindly helped me and two other customers. He was clearly frustrated by the app.

DESMOND OI will advise you to give a specific time for.a Resovation pickup because I was given a 8am pickup. Time and the office didn't open until 9am and why is that be specific give me a 9am Resovation time and I don't have to wait one hour or more that is my advise to u Hall main office
